Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian told a daily briefing that China will continue to take all necessary measures to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.
The United States is looking to ban several Chinese applications, including TikTok, and popular messaging app Wechat, and has also stepped up its attack on Chinese tech giant Huawei.
